Journal Overview

This journal operates under a single-blind peer review system, meaning that while reviewers are aware of the authors' identities, the authors do not have access to the reviewers’ identities. Manuscript evaluations are typically completed within three months from the date of submission.

Submission Guidelines

All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s official submission platform:

Upon submission, authors will receive an automated confirmation of receipt, and once a decision is reached, they will be notified via email.

Peer Review Process

The review process is single-blind, where the identities of reviewers remain confidential to the authors.

Papers submitted for review must be accurate, original, and present nontrivial findings that are within the journal’s scope. They should be clearly written and demonstrate substantial contributions. Manuscripts written in poor English may be rejected without review.

Each submission is evaluated by at least one qualified referee through a traditional review process. Additional reviewers may be invited if necessary to ensure a thorough evaluation of the manuscript. Although the editorial team strives to provide decisions within three months, actual timelines may vary depending on reviewer availability. If no decision has been received after four months, authors may follow up with the editorial office.

If revisions are required based on referee feedback, the corresponding author will be contacted to make appropriate changes. The editorial board may also make minor edits to improve clarity or style.

Language Requirement

Manuscripts must be written in English. As part of our quality assurance process, every accepted manuscript undergoes professional language editing prior to publication. To ensure clarity and readability, all accepted manuscripts are additionally checked using Grammarly for grammar and writing quality. Editorial recommendations for improving style and readability may be provided to authors prior to publication.   

Online-only Publication

Each accepted article is published online immediately, with its publication date, a unique Article ID, and a DOI assigned to ensure permanent access and accurate citation.

Proofs

After acceptance, page proofs will be sent to the corresponding author for final approval. The corresponding author is responsible for reviewing the article on behalf of all co-authors. While minor typographical corrections are expected, any substantial revisions may be subject to further review.

Open Access Policy

This is an open access journal, ensuring that all published articles are freely accessible to the public.

Publication Fees

All submissions made until January 1, 2027 will be exempt from the Article Processing Charge (APC). After this date, the APC will be applied to accepted articles based on the journal’s standard fee structure.
